Don’t forget you need your beauty sleep. Try taking a shower, and not a hot shower, but a luke warm one, it will wake you up in a second!!! When you are trying to fall asleep, try thinking about what you are going to wear the next day, then you don’t have to think about it in the morning!!!! And if you are still feeling sleepy, put on some jewelry to spruce up your outfit, making you look more alive and awake! Also put on lighter make-up to lighten your eyes.
