So many people these days suffer from terrible acne. Personally I don’t get a lot of acne, but that is just because of all the little things I do to take care of my skin. Here is a list of a few ways I find helpful to clear skin.
- Don’t cake it on. Try no to cake on all the make-up. If you have a few blemishes that you want to cover up, only use cover up. Using blushes, foundations etc just clog your pores and will guarantee acne in the near future.
- Wash….a lot. Another thing to do is to wash your face twice a day. And if you don’t have a lot of time in the evening is the most important so that you wash all the days filth off your face. There is one face wash that has really worked for me, Burt;s Bees Sensitive Cotton Facial Cleanser.
- Look at what you eat. Another thing that contributes to bad acne is what you eat. Eating a lot of greasy, unhealthy thing like pizza, cookies, cake, fried things, hamburgers, hot dogs, ice cream, the typicals, are very bad for your skin and health. Personally I love to eat almost everything in this list, and it’s really hard not to eat it. But sometimes you can make a small exception and have a slice of cake, or a cookie (or two) But try not to eat them on a daily basis, and your skin will start to clear, and you might even lose a little weight!
- Greasy Moisturizers. Moisturizing your face is really important to keep it from drying out, but if you chose the wrong one you might face a terrible break out. Reading the labels. Oil-free is always a good way to go, especially if you are prone to break outs. The oil-free products don’t have any added oils and won’t give your skin a greasy or heavy feel.
Also if you really want to improve your skin, don’t go with the prices, go with the results. Hope everyone has a great day!!!!!!!! And here is an image of the face cleanser I use:
